Our Story

A Stay-A-Home Mum, Xin Yi, started her co-living business at Jaxper Property Management Pte Ltd and saw a technology gap for landlords to manage marketing and manage their property defects and responding to tenants' requests. She met up with old-timer product enthusiast, Min Min who share similar sentiments and keen to revolutionise Singapore proptech scene.

We offer our platform to all landlords to market their properties and to manage their tenants during the stay. We also offer our operation services to landlord to manage their property conditions and servicing with tenants using service provider such as cleaning and aircon servicing and etc.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and renting property for landlords and tenants to redefine property tech and create a seamless experience of renting in the industry.

Xin Yi is the top 100 property agent in ERA and the founder of Jaxper Property Management Pte Ltd who runs a co-living with more than 5 units (still expanding) .

Tan Min Min

Founder

Min Min is veteran with over 20 years of product management from companies such as Yahoo, Apple & Expedia who leads product and tech team to build and manage successful products in big tech company.

Humam Aziz Romdhoni

Full Stack Engineer

Aziz is based in Indonesia who was our full stack engineer that was an ex-Speedoc employee. Sharing passion in technology, he is the pivotal tech person that is building HomeGlobal since we founded the company
